Fees

No setup fee. First month's retainer covers the initial account build or restructure. 90-day minimum engagement. Your rate is locked within your tier — it does not change unless your spend moves you into the next bracket, and that only happens because the account is performing.
Process
Step 1. Apply
Complete a short form. I review your business, your spend level, and your current setup. You receive a straight yes or no within 48 hours.
Step 2. Audit or build
Existing account: Add me as read-only. I come back with a specific finding — what is wrong, what it has cost, what fixing it is worth. No obligation at this stage.
New account: I explain exactly what good structure looks like from day one. Most agencies build accounts that need months of remediation. You skip that entirely.
Step 3. Agree and begin
Invoice sent. MCC access granted. Dashboard deployed within 3 days. Account managed from the agreed start date. First monthly report at the end of the first full calendar month.
Step 4. Running
You check the dashboard when you want to. A report arrives in the first week of each month. If something goes wrong mid-month, you hear from me before you would have noticed it yourself. That is the system working.
